Since 1994 Youth Incentive Programs Inc has addressed the issues we face on a daily basis. We serve all ages, and as many human conditions that we come in contact with. In 2017, in Southern California we face an every increasing homeless population, economic instability and head on subculture collisions. We take on the task daily committed and enthusiastic ready to service a community in need of committment, dedication and understanding.
Our new CPR Program ( Community Preservation Resilience) concentrates energy on unifying collective communities to collaborate and join in the restoration of our human resources, men, women and children to a better way of life. .
